See https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/676

“HR 676 is the healthcare package of choice for fiscal conservatives–lowest price, best quality, highest quantity.”

Attendees will learn the details of this single payer, universal healthcare package and:. How HR 676 saves patients and consumers the most money with no premiums, deductibles, co-pays, overages. How HR 676 provides the best quality of coverage including dental, vision, preventative, mental, long-term, drug therapy, etc. How HR 676 includes everyone inside the pool, spreading the risk, and lowering the cost. How universal healthcare is the choice of approximately 126 nations around the world.

How universal healthcare is not free, but funded similarly to how roads, bridges, levees, dams, police, fire, park service, emergency services, disaster relief, military defense, schools, libraries, and other public goods, are funded. In fact, how existing funding for Tricare, CHIP, Medicare, and Medicaid are streamlined into the package.

Attendees will learn the current legislative location of HR 676 within the U.S. House’s Natural Resources Committee and what steps are necessary to overcome efforts by for-profit insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and their corporate lobbyists to prevent universal access to healthcare.
